a guide with three colours and three simple stitches. The centre of the drawing shows how the leaves were embroidered in the past when this design was sold as a small purse pattern: stem stitch, long and short stitch and satin stitch.
Embroider the Leaf Swirl as Nordiska suggested, or change the stitches to whatever you like to practise.
We have printed the design without the outlines of the original rounded bag pattern so that it can be used for other ideas such as wall art, card making etc.
A chenille needle, a stitch card and linen threads are included.
