Shipping policy

With irregular high order volume days and unexpected events, processing time for orders changes throughout the year. Please check the website header for the current order processing times. 

All parcels are sent tracked and insured with Royal Mail.

Parcels rarely go missing, but delays can happen. Please note that we will start investigating a late order only after the Royal Mail considers the parcel lost. We are happy to send out a second parcel or a refund once Royal Mail confirms the parcel is indeed lost and not just delayed. 

My parcel has not arrived:

First of all, please ask your neighbours and local post office if the parcel is with them, and check any "safe spaces" you might have used in the past for parcel deliveries. It does happen that Royal Mail and couriers deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or leave parcels in a safe spot without leaving a card with the recipient.

Important notes regarding Royal Mail:

UK: 

• If the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days, please contact us and we will make enquiries to Royal Mail. 
  
  Please note that due date is 3 days after your order was shipped, There will be a shipping confirmation email with you when we send it. Sometimes these end up in the spam folder. 

International Tracked,  Europe

If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 20 working days, please contact us and we will make enquiries to Royal Mail.

International Tracked / Rest of the world

If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 25 working days, please contact us and we will make enquiries to Royal Mail.
