Easy stitching, suitable for beginners!
Tivoli 6734 is hand printed on a 50 x 50 cm linen panel. The original 60s Tivoli was a rust orange with bright linen threads. In our contemporary version, we have printed the design on a slightly larger panel to allow room to make a cushion. The design itself is 30 cm just like in the 1960s.
The stitches used in this kit are stem-, satin-, chain-, long and short stitch, split stitch and French knots.
The original drawing for Tivoli 6734 is our guide for how to stitch the design, and we include a larger poster of the hand drawn artwork. Although you will still need to decide where to add your colours, this poster will help you decide where to use light and dark shades.
Some improvisation is needed, and we hope you will enjoy it!
