Beautiful genuine vintage linen cotton blend table cloth, printed by hand in Nordiska's own Gothenburg studio in the late 1940s or 1950's.
The cloth is of a quality we don't see often anymore, a very lustrous, smooth and dense with a beautiful weight and fall, made to last for generations. We believe this is a local weave by Almedahls - Dalsjöfors, using Swedish grown flax fibres.
This is a rare chance to find true vintage Nordiska piece to embroider for your home, or give to someone who will appreciate a unique gift from Sweden.
This table cloth came without any printed instructions, from an old haberdashery in the North of Sweden. We will include a printout of a similar Nordiska design, so that you can draw inspiration for your colours from another Nordiska design from the same era.
