Straight from Iris Haberdashery, a southern Swedish store which started in the 1950s and was run by Iris herself for decades.
We have brought with us the first set of the most beautiful Knox's linen embroidery thread. We include one box of Knox's own paper boxes, normally only for orders of 20 skeins. The box covers vary slightly, some have notes, some are unmarked.
The vintage textiles in the images are included for free with each set.
Thank you so much for supporting this mission to document a complete haberdashery from the past! The remaining stock is going to be transported to the UK monthly or quarterly. Some of these skeins are new to us, some are in our now very small and regular stock.
